In 2009, I lost my brother to cancer.
He battled cancer for a little over a year.
This loss was not my first experience with grief, but it was the one that impacted my life the most.
Out of the grieving process, the sadness, heartache and physical pain I found meaning.
Recently, I listened to a beautiful and impactful podcast with Brene Brown and David Kessler on Grief and Finding Meaning. It inspired me to share my own story with grief and how I’ve found meaning in the grieving process for the first time ever on the podcast.
This episode is very personal to me, but shares how my entire life has changed and why I believe that to be so.
The truth is whether you’ve lost someone or not, we have all experienced grief and many of us are moving through it now.
Grief doesn’t need to be ending, there can be more and today on the podcast I’m sharing what that is.
Dealing with Grief
I highly encourage you to check out the podcast with Brene Brown and David Kessler, which inspired me to share my own story and pick up his book (I can’t wait to dive in).
Don’t forget to send me a message on Instagram, I’m hanging out at @michelleknightco, with your takeaways from today’s episode.
Until next time!
