We’re rounding out May and Maternal Mental Health Month with an episode on Motherhood.
I was recently interviewed by my friends Tiffany and Kelly at the Wine and Gyn podcast on Finding Your Voice in Motherhood and it was so good, I needed to share it with you.
So much of my journey as a mother has been centered around personal development.
After the birth of my son Cal, which you can hear all about in Episode 10, I set out on a journey to create a life on my terms.
This has continued and played such a vital role in finding my voice as a mother, building a life in alignment with my family and making decisions that are sometimes not accepted by others but in my family’s best interest.
It’s one of my favorite interviews and I’m so excited to share it with you today.
Finding Your Voice in Motherhood
On the podcast, I’m sharing…
- How I’ve listened to my inner voice as a mother and together with my husband made decisions that bettered our family dynamic.
- How my husband and I use the power of communication to openly share our views and beliefs with our family and with each other in a respectful way.
- And how to look at past beliefs and stories around motherhood and choose to write your own definition of motherhood.
This episode originally aired on the Wine and Gyn podcast and I’m so thankful to Tiffany and Kelly for sharing it with us over here at the Beautiful Climb Podcast. Be sure to give them a follow and add them to your listening playlist.
Don’t forget to send me a message on Instagram, I’m hanging out at @michelleknightco, with your takeaways and inspiration from today’s episode.
